Laura has been helping buyers and renters find the perfect home
on Fire Island since the early 1980’s. She resides on Fire Island year round,
and knows the special needs of a Fire Island resident.
We specialize in the communities of Ocean Beach, Seaview, Ocean
Bay Park, Corneille Estates, and Summer Club, but have contacts throughout the
Island.

years. He has been a business owner in Ocean Beach as well as being very active
in community service. Few know the island like Brian does. Let him put his

Came to Fire Island in 1956 and
never left. Have been in the real estate business since the late
60’s, had my own real estate company in the early 70’s, was an
Ocean Beach “grouper”, homeowner, member of the community,
involved with Youth Group, member of the Fire Island Association,
Ocean Beach Association, Business Association and still an active
member of the Ocean Beach Community Fund.
Although I sold my business after
30 years or so, am still involved, and excited to be a part of
Fire Island Homes, LLC. I have a son who is a home owner in Ocean
Bay Park, and I am sure one day my daughter will be an owner too.
Am presently spending winters in
Acapulco, where once again am involved in the renting and selling
of real estate.

Larry has been a Fire Islander
since 1972. He has spent every summer since then in Ocean Beach with his
wife Jayne and daughter Danielle. In 1976 Larry opened Fire Island's
premiere fashion boutique, A Summer Place Ltd. in Ocean Beach and ran it
until 1998. He is well
versed in all things Fire Island and extremely knowledgeable about Fire Island
Real Estate.
